Aspen Homes undertook its first project in 2009, which was a design and build development for a local client. Through the course of the year we obtained planning and delivered a high quality 4000 sq ft family home. This first project gave us the impetus and finances to undertake our first new build development in Farnham, which consisted of 2 detached houses of circa 1400 sq ft with resales of £450,000 each. We were successful in selling both of these homes off plan for the agreed marketing price and this success lead the way for our business to slowly grow over the course of the last 15 years.
Since our first enterprise we have developed over 18 sites as well as gaining planning for over 150 strategic homes that we have then sold on to national developers. Over this period we have gone from developing two houses at £450,000 each to individual homes worth £3m to our current developments with one scheme of 7 homes with an overall value of £8m and one scheme of 3 luxury houses worth £2m each.’
