As the founding chair of the Kent SME Developers Network, we champion the role of small and medium-sized builders, helping shape fairer planning policies and supporting others through shared knowledge and advocacy. Through our innovative shadow mentoring model, we guide emerging SME developers, helping them grow under their own brand while benefiting from our experience and resources.
