It's official, we are the latest sponsor of the WhatHouse? Awards for 2026. The R&B Housebuilder forum is all about championing the cause and giving a voice to SME Housebuilders so we are delighted to sponsor this award. This has only been made possible due to the support of Velux, Hansgrohe, Knauf, Knauf insulation and Imperial bricks, our founding sponsor’s.
These are regional housebuilders who are taking on complex sites that volume builders would not consider, contributing to local economies and supporting regional supply chains.

Founder, Regional & Bespoke Housebuilders Forum
The R&B Housebuilders Forum was created to give SME housebuilders a stronger, unified voice. By joining, you become part of a national network that connects small and medium-sized builders with government, industry leaders, and organisations such as the APPG for SME Housebuilders, the Regional Building Foundation, as well as the I Am a Housebuilder initiative championing greater diversity within the sector.
